Terms and conditions

- 30% non-refundable retainer is required to book a shoot. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the shoot, for weddings — 2 weeks prior the shoot

- Additional fees might apply for traveling outside of New York City

- Rescheduling the shoot is possible prior 48 hours before the shoot date (doesn’t apply to weddings)

- If you are more than 15 min late, less time is provided for the shoot or additional fees will apply, if you decide to keep the full time scheduled

- If you fail to show up or cancel in less than 48 hours before the shoot, the full remaining balance is paid without negotiation 

- Studio is paid by the client separately (doesn’t apply to the packages with studio included in the shoot)

- Each client will have access to the private online gallery with all edited images for 1 month, after that the images will be permanently deleted

- Additional editing and urgent editing is available upon request for an additional fee

- By booking the shoot you agree to receive the photos with the similar style shown in the photographer’s portfolio

- By booking the shoot you agree to give credits to the photographer, when posting photos on social media or other platforms

- The photographer has all rights to post any photos on social media, website or for promotional purposes

- By booking the shoot you confirm all terms and conditions listed above
